Payment & Packages
Ready to transform your space? We're excited too! To keep our rates budget-friendly, payment for all design packages is required in full before our first consultation. We accept all major credit cards and digital wallets.
What happens if you change your mind? We offer a 100% refund if you cancel at least 48 hours before our scheduled deep-dive. After that, we've already started sketching, so a 50% creative fee applies.

DIY Guidance Liability
Ever wondered why we emphasize the 'Y' in DIY? Because it really is Up to You!
While we provide expert color consultations and space planning, Aurore Aesthetics isn't responsible for the actual execution. If you're painting a feature wall or building shelving, you're the lead contractor. We don't oversee third-party tradespeople and can't be held liable for structural or aesthetic mishaps during your personal project. Stay safe out there!
Does this mean we won't help if things go wonky? We'll always try to offer advice, but the ultimate responsibility for DIY outcomes rests with the homeowner.
Creative Ownership
We love seeing our designs come to life! All mood boards, 2D renderings, and shopping lists created by Aurore Aesthetics are our intellectual property. We're granting you a license to use them for your specific home project.
Sharing on social media? Please do! Just remember to tag us. Commercial reproduction of our design guides is strictly a no-no without a written agreement.
Home Staging Agreement
For our staging clients, we play by certain rules. We require clear access to the property 24 hours before photography. Any furniture provided by Aurore Aesthetics must stay exactly where we put it. It looks better that way. Trust us.
We aren't movers. If heavy furniture needs to be hauled out before we arrive, that needs to be handled by professional's before our session begins.
